FLYING CLUB

The AeroCareers Flying Club operates a 1963 Cessna 172 Skyhawk. More Skyhawks have been built and more new pilots have trained in them than
any other aircraft in the world. You won't find a less expensive trainer. Our Skyhawk is a basic
VFR aircraft, equipped with a digital flip-flop Nav/Com radio, Marker Beacons, ADS-B in and out, and a two-place intercom system.
It is based near Millstadt, Illinois on a rural grass runway known as Flight Park (airport ID
1IL4.)
(During the winter season, we base the aircraft at St. Louis Downtown Airport (CPS) to ensure continued aircraft availability during snow and wet runway conditions.)
Entry-level students are welcome and instructors are available. With a low, one-time membership fee and the lowest hourly rate in the region, our Skyhawk is the perfect low-cost solution to flying.
